DripCast provides a pay-per-second streaming protocol built on the Solana blockchain. Viewers lock funds in smart contract escrow accounts and pay creators in real time based on viewing duration.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. By using DripCast you confirm this.
All payments are executed on the Solana blockchain and are final once confirmed. DripCast cannot reverse blockchain transactions. You are responsible for ensuring transaction accuracy before signing.
Fiat-to-crypto conversion is provided by MoonPay and subject to their Terms of Service and KYC/AML requirements. DripCast is not responsible for MoonPay service availability or compliance decisions.
Unspent escrow balances are automatically returned to your wallet when you close a stream or when a stream goes offline. DripCast smart contracts enforce this programmatically.
DripCast is provided "as is" during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Cryptocurrency values are volatile — DripCast is not responsible for market fluctuations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DripCast's liability is limited to the amount of funds held in your active escrow account at the time of any claim.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
